I am happy to accept returns. If you decide to send back the item any shipping costs will be at your liability and expense and you will be charged a 20% handling fee on the cost of the headpiece as each item has been handmade to order. Any extra shipping costs or upgrades will not be refunded. Any item returned must be unworn in it's original packaging.

Unfortunately I cannot offer any refund on any bespoke pieces once payment has been made.
